Cooking Stew
Ingredients.
Coat the steak with flour.
Cook until brown.
It should look like this. Still bloody on the inside!
Add mushrooms and cook for a bit.
Onions with the mushrooms. I like them thick.
Purple potatoes.
Added chicken broth and tomato paste.
Turn up the heat.
Pour yourself a glass of wine. It’s going to simmer for 2-3 hours minimum.
Delicious! Protip: Corn and peas can make up for a lack of carrots.
